In a significant move to address the Philippines' growing health challenges, global healthcare leader Novo Nordisk has partnered with Watsons Philippines to launch comprehensive obesity screening services across the nation. According to the Food and Nutrition Research Institute, an alarming 39 percent of Filipino adults - approximately four out of ten individuals aged 20 to 59 - are currently living with obesity. This health crisis demands immediate attention and innovative solutions to address growing healthcare challenges.
