Modern Governance Hub Opens in Metro Manila
Mayor Francis Zamora, alongside Rep. Bel Zamora, Vice Mayor Angelo Agcaoili, and City Council members, led the inauguration ceremonies at the centerpiece Makabagong San Juan Theater, located on the building's fourth floor.
Comprehensive Government Services Under One Roof
The six-story facility houses the Bagong Pilipinas eGovPH Serbisyo Hub and multiple national government agencies, reflecting the city's commitment to efficient public service delivery. Similar to how major infrastructure projects are transforming various regions of the Philippines, this development marks a significant step in urban governance modernization.
State-of-the-Art Facilities
- 15 office units per floor on the first three levels
- Dedicated barangay hall for St. Joseph
- Air-conditioned wooden basketball court for sports and community events
- 876-seat theater with professional sound system
- Two professional dressing rooms
- Retractable curtain system
"This is another legacy project that reflects our vision of a Makabagong San Juan -- a city where government services are centralized, modern, and truly within reach for every San Juaneño," stated Mayor Zamora during the opening ceremony.
